1. General Refund Policy

eagle power solution is committed to customer satisfaction. We offer refunds under specific circumstances as outlined in this policy. All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2. Consultation Services

Free Consultations: Initial consultations are provided free of charge and are non-refundable.

Paid Consultations: If you have paid for a consultation service:

  • Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before scheduled appointment
  • 50% refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before appointment
  • No refund for no-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of appointment

3. Installation Services

Before Installation Begins:

  • Full refund of deposit if cancelled 7 days before scheduled installation
  • 75% refund if cancelled 3-7 days before installation
  • 50% refund if cancelled 1-3 days before installation
  • No refund if cancelled on the day of installation

After Installation Begins:

  • No refunds once installation work has commenced
  • Partial refunds may be considered for incomplete work due to client request
  • Full completion is required for warranty coverage

4. Equipment and Materials

Unused Equipment:

  • Full refund for unused, unopened equipment within 30 days of purchase
  • 15% restocking fee for opened but unused equipment
  • No refunds for custom or special-order equipment
  • Equipment must be in original condition and packaging

Used Equipment:

  • No refunds for installed or used equipment
  • Warranty claims must be processed through manufacturer
  • We assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer decisions

5. Maintenance Services

Preventive Maintenance:

  • Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before scheduled maintenance
  • 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before maintenance
  • No refund for same-day cancellations

Emergency Services:

  • No refunds for emergency service calls
  • Service charges apply regardless of issue resolution
  • Diagnostic fees are non-refundable

6. Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are not refunds but service guarantees:

  • Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers
  • Workmanship warranty covers installation quality for 12 months
  • Warranty service is provided at no additional cost
  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or neglect

7. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within the applicable time period
  • Provide your order number and reason for refund
  • Return any equipment in original condition if applicable
  • Allow 5-10 business days for refund processing
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom design and engineering services
  • Permit and approval processing fees
  • Site assessment and survey charges
  • Emergency service call fees
  • Gift cards and promotional credits
  • Services already completed or delivered

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters and weather events
  • Government regulations or restrictions
  • Supplier delays or shortages
  • Labor disputes or strikes
  • Equipment failures or technical issues

10. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision:

  • Contact our customer service team for review
  • Provide additional documentation if requested
  • Escalate to management if necessary
  • Consider mediation for unresolved disputes
