2. Equipment Warranty

Manufacturer Warranty: All equipment we install comes with the manufacturer's original warranty, which typically includes:

  • Solar panels: 25-30 years performance warranty
  • Inverters: 5-10 years warranty
  • Batteries: 3-10 years warranty depending on type
  • Generators: 2-5 years warranty
  • UPS systems: 2-5 years warranty

Our Role: We facilitate warranty claims with manufacturers and provide technical support throughout the warranty period.

3. Workmanship Warranty

Installation Quality: We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty covering:

  • Installation quality and workmanship
  • Electrical connections and wiring
  • Mounting and structural integrity
  • System integration and setup
  • Initial configuration and testing

Coverage Period: 12 months from the date of project completion and handover.

5. What's Not Covered

The following are not covered under our warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Damage from natural disasters or acts of God
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality
  • Issues caused by improper maintenance
  • Damage from power surges or electrical issues not related to our installation
  • Third-party equipment not supplied by us

6. Warranty Claims Process

To file a warranty claim:

  • Contact us immediately when an issue is discovered
  • Provide your project reference number
  • Describe the issue in detail
  • Allow us to inspect the system if required
  • Do not attempt repairs yourself
  • Keep records of any maintenance performed

7. Warranty Service
